The website provides general information about NDV MED, participating physicians, services, consultation locations, and patient education. Content is not a diagnosis, medical advice, a prescription, or an individualized treatment recommendation.
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Viewing the website, submitting a form, sending an email, or using a messaging link does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only through the appropriate clinical process, acceptance by the treating physician or clinic, and required consent and documentation.
4. No Emergency Service
Do not use this website, email, the consultation form, or social messaging for an emergency. If you have severe symptoms or believe you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or proceed to the nearest appropriate emergency facility.
5. Consultation Requests
A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Availability, location, treating physician, suitability, and scheduling require confirmation. We may be unable to offer a requested treatment and may recommend evaluation, referral, delay, an alternative, or no procedure.
6. Accuracy and Updates
We aim to keep information useful and current, but medicine, products, availability, locations, prices, regulations, and evidence change. We do not promise that every page is complete, current, or free from error. Content may be changed or removed without notice.
7. Prices and Quotations
Any price, starting price, range, or example displayed on the website is informational and not a binding quotation. Final cost may depend on assessment, procedure extent, product or brand, units, volume, number of sessions, physician, facility, anesthesia, medicines, tests, follow-up, and other case-specific requirements. A personalized written quotation should be confirmed before treatment.

Individual results, healing, duration, side effects, and satisfaction vary. Photographs, illustrations, testimonials, or examples do not guarantee that another patient will obtain the same outcome. Images may be affected by lighting, angle, timing, makeup, and other factors.
